Event Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") determine the rules applicable to participants of the I like Chopin / I like Queen / Muzyczne Krainy concert series (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"), organized by Lobos Maciej Łobos (Chopina 15/18 St., 48-250) based in Głogówek, NIP (Tax ID): 5833569755 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
Purchasing a ticket and entering the Event premises is equivalent to accepting these Terms.
2. Admission and Organization
The doors to the concert hall open 60 minutes before the scheduled start time of the Event.
Due to the intimate atmosphere of the event, guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes before the concert.
Guests arriving at the concert after the event has started may not be admitted to the hall. Please arrive well in advance. Latecomers are not entitled to a refund of the ticket purchase costs. It is possible to attend a concert on a different date, subject to prior arrangement with the organizer. Seats in the hall are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within the designated zone.
3. Rules of Conduct and Safety
The lighting setup for the Event consists of an installation of hundreds of safe LED candles. Please do not touch, move, or take away the light decoration elements.
The following are strictly prohibited on the Event premises:
Bringing in outside alcohol, intoxicants, and dangerous items.
Smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes.
Talking loudly, moving around the hall during the performances, and disturbing other participants' experience.
4. Tickets and Cancellation
Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
Reporting a desire to cancel on the day of the concert does not entitle you to a cash refund; however, the Organizer – subject to seat availability – may offer to exchange the ticket for a different date within the series, provided the Organizer is informed by email or telephone of the desire to attend the event on a different date.
According to Article 38 point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act, the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract to purchase a ticket for an event with a specified date.
Tickets purchased through the Organizer's website (ilikechopingdansk.com) should be received within a maximum of 24 hours from the completion of payment. In case of any issues with receiving the ticket, please contact us by email at info@ilikechopingdansk.com or by phone at +48 883 107 854. Failure to receive a ticket, despite the Participant having made a correct payment, cannot be grounds for denying entry to the Event.
5. Photography and Recording
The use of flash photography is prohibited. Flash light destroys the unique atmosphere of the LED scenography and disturbs the artists and other spectators.
Recording short videos and taking souvenir photos for personal use without a flash is allowed. Please set your phones to silent mode.
6. Rights and Responsibilities of the Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the concert program or the cast of performers for reasons beyond their control (e.g., artist's illness), while simultaneously striving to maintain the highest artistic level of the event.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event or change its date in the event of: reasons preventing the artist's performance (e.g., illness, traffic accident, health impairment, sudden fortuitous events, etc.), unfavorable weather conditions, declaration of national mourning, or the occurrence of other factors making it impossible to conduct the Event comfortably.
In the event of the Event being canceled or its date changed for reasons attributable to the Organizer, Participants are entitled to a full refund of the ticket purchase costs.
In the event of the Event being canceled or its date changed, the Organizer reserves the right to propose alternatives to Participants (referred to in point 3) in the form of: participation in the Event on a different date and/or enabling participation in other Events of the Organizer under the same ticket.
The Organizer is not responsible for valuable items left unattended on the premises of the facility.
Entering the Event premises implies consent to the free recording and use of the Participant's image in the Organizer's documentary and promotional materials (photos, video coverage).
7. Minors at the Concert
Children up to 15 years of age attending the Event must be under the care of an adult who bears responsibility for the Child.
In the case of organized groups, the persons supervising the group bear responsibility for the children.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in the concert if the Participant's age does not correspond to the nature of the Event.
At Events aimed at children, performers may interact with children through conversation, shared jokes, or joint presentations of short scenes or shows, while respecting the dignity and comfort of the Participants.
8. Complaints
Any complaints related to the Event should be submitted by email to the Organizer's correspondence address: info@ilikechopingdansk.com. The complaint should contain the Participant's name and surname, reservation number along with information on which ticketing platform it was made, and the admission ticket for the Event. The complaint must state the reason for its submission along with a description.
The Organizer commits to informing the Participant submitting the complaint as soon as possible about its acceptance for processing by email to the address from which the given complaint was received.
The Organizer processes complaints within 14 days from the date of acceptance.
9. Vouchers
The Organizer offers Gift Vouchers of various nominal values for purchase. For each Voucher, the Purchaser pays the corresponding nominal value, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement with the Organizer.
The Organizer undertakes to deliver the Gift Voucher to the Purchaser within 24 hours of successful payment for the Voucher.
The Gift Voucher may be used to purchase admission tickets for the Organizer's Events (including the "I like Chopin", "I like Queen", and "Muzyczne Krainy" series), as well as other additional services provided by the Organizer as part of the Events.
The Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash (in whole or in part) and is non-refundable.
The validity period of the Voucher is 24 months from the date of its sale, according to the date stated on the document. Failure to use the Voucher within the period specified therein is equivalent to the loss of its validity and does not constitute grounds for any claims by the Holder against the Organizer in this regard.
The Purchaser of the Voucher has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund within 14 days of purchase. The right to a refund does not apply to a Voucher Holder who is not the Purchaser.
The Holder of the Gift Voucher has the right to redeem it under the following conditions:
The Voucher constitutes a form of payment for tickets to the Organizer's concerts.
The Voucher Holder may use the amount indicated on it to purchase other products offered by the Organizer.
If tickets are purchased for a total value lower than the value of the Voucher, the Holder is not entitled to a refund of the remaining, unused amount.
If tickets are purchased for a value higher than the value of the Voucher, the Holder is obliged to pay the difference.
The Voucher has an expiration date, after which it becomes invalid. The expiration date of the Voucher cannot be extended. After the expiration date, it cannot be used for payment.
The Organizer is not responsible for the loss or damage of the Voucher by the Purchaser or the Holder; therefore, it is recommended to keep Vouchers in electronic form.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to issue tickets in exchange for Vouchers that are illegible, damaged, or otherwise raise doubts as to their authenticity.
The Voucher can be redeemed both electronically in the Organizer's online store and on-site at the concert venue. In the case of on-site redemption, prior seat reservation is recommended. If there are no available seats, the Organizer has the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher.
8. Final Provisions
The staff and the Organizer have the right to refuse admission to or expel from the hall persons who are under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants, or who behave in a manner that prevents the rest of the audience from comfortably experiencing the concert.
In matters not covered by these Terms, the Organizer of the Event makes the final decision.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms.
